Obituary

Patricia Ann Dougal passed away March 30, 2015.
She was creative and musical, playing the clarinet in the High School band. She carried the creativity into her adult life doing oil painting until arthritis made this too hard. She changed her creativity into doing silk flower arrangements. She shared these arrangements with her family and friends and left her generosity for all to enjoy. She will be missed, but remembered lovingly for her gentle loving nature.

Patricia was an inspiration to anyone who saw what she could do and only weighing around 80 lbs with disfiguring rheumatoid arthritis, osteoporosis, scholieosis ,along with many other health problems. She was always busy doing something. No matter how bad she hurt would not know it. She very rarely complained and if she did you know she was hurting very bad. Pat always kept her house clean and beautiful. She loved her house and everything in it. If you stopped by to visit she always made sure to offer food and beverage. She was pretty pushy about. I think she thought everyone was starving! That was just who she was. A giver. Always wanting to help out. And always appreciative of anyone that helped her. She would always make a flower arrangement for the doctors office, the hospital, anybody she wanted to thank for helping her.
She is preceded in death by her parents Vernon and Billie Kelley, husband David W. Dougal, and sister Lois Weaver. She is survived by her children David Dougal, Linda MacKenzie-Doyle, and John Doyle, and Patrick Dougal, grandchildren, Lindsey Dougal, Bailey Dougal, and Deena MacKenzie. She is also survived by sisters Barbara Dotson and Jay Osborne, and her pet Toby.
A memorial service will be held at St. Mark's Lutheran Church, 111 Del Mar Circle, Aurora, CO 80011, at 6:30pm, Thursday, April 9, 2015. In lieu of flowers make donation to the Cancer Society or Arthritis Foundation.
